Returns        

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Return Pickup

Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

If pickup is not available at your location, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
