7-Day Free Returns
We offer FREE returns within 7 days of delivery.
You can request a return for any reason, including:

Changed your mind
Didn't like the colour
Didn't meet your expectations
Ordered by mistake
Any other reason

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be free from stains, damage, perfume, or signs of use.

How to Request a Return
Simply log in to your Carry Kahani account, open your order, and submit a return request through our self-service return portal.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide further instructions for a smooth return process.

Free Return Pickup
For eligible returns, Carry Kahani will arrange a free return pickup at no additional cost, wherever service is available.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–
7 business days.

Prepaid Orders
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI after the return is approved.

When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
Returns may be declined if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
Original tags have been removed.
The original packaging is missing.
The returned item does not match the original order.
