Return & Refund Policy

At Adhya creations ( Brand - carry kahani) , every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

⚠️ Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Raise a Return Request

To request a return:

• Contact us via Email with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

• Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

3. Return Approval & Pickup

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process

• Products failing quality checks after return will not be eligible for refund or replacement

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

• The amount will be credited to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit (as applicable)

5. Replacement Policy

• If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

• Replacement products are dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or washed products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Sale / discounted items (unless damaged)

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product)
